How do we maintain power, forever, over entities that will eventually become more powerful than us?

I’ve always been curious about how computers actually work, and that curiosity is what pushed me toward engineering in the first place. What I care about most is building systems that help people with everyday work.

Some problems are easy for humans but too complex for a traditional algorithm — and that’s what drew me to AI. The way a machine can reason its way to a conclusion still feels extraordinary to me. The more AI gets integrated into everyday life, the more people are freed up to focus on harder problems, and that’s what keeps pulling me further into the field.

But AI is moving fast, and the more capable these systems get, the more the security risks grow alongside them. Integrating AI safely into society means taking that security seriously — which is why AI security is my main focus right now.
